Out of all of the marvelous views and famous landmarks, no location could beat the beautiful black sand beaches and northern lights of Iceland. It is called “the Land of Fire and Icebecause it will take you from icebergs to steaming lava fields, and from glacier to volcanic craters. You never know what you’ll get.

Iceland is an island in the North Atlantic, belonging to the Continent Europe but detached from all it’s European relatives. Such a unique location was essential to the creation of this site.

The people who live there have a unified community where everyone is valued as an individual and freedom is a necessity. The Icelandic police don’t even carry guns. Crime in Iceland is very low and violent crime is practically nonexistent. Iceland does not have an army, navy or air force.

  • Gullfoss (a Well-Known Multi-Section Waterfall)
  • Jökulsárlón (a Large Glacial Lake with Icebergs and Seals)

  1. Icelandic National Day (Commemorates the foundation of The Republic of Iceland on 17 June 1944.)
  2. Maundy Thursday (The Christian holy day falling on the Thursday before Easter.)
  3. Boxing Day (A secular holiday celebrated the day after Christmas Day. Collecting Christmas boxes)
  4. First Day of Summer (April 25th)
